Evaluations

Our highly trained and specialized staff are available to conduct evaluations upon referral for the following needs.  These evaluations can be conducted in-person at schools, Easterseals centers, in homes or in community locations as well as provided virtually:

• Transition to school-aged service evaluations
• Psychological education evaluations by licensed school psychologists
• Speech/language evaluations
• Occupational Therapy evaluations
• Physical Therapy evaluations
• Behavioral assessments including Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA), Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessments and Placement Programs (VBMAPP), and Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS)
• Assistive Technology evaluations 
• Reading Assessments including Wilson evaluations (WADE and WIST)
• Review of Records across domain areas
